We had just gotten engaged when we decided to buy a new home and went to one of Frank’s open houses.  We were impressed with the quality of the structure, but it was not the right house for us.  Frank directed us to a vacant property he had available in Mequon on the Milwaukee River.  We fell in love with the property and decided to purchase it and use Highland Development to build our home.  Frank’s original plans for the site and our unique vision were blended to result in a thoughtful and site sensitive design that we still love, ten years later.

Frank expertly focused us on the hundreds of decisions necessary at the appropriate time in the process, allowing us time to consider the options and make decisions or propose new alternatives and have them vetted.  We look back at it today with a sense of amazement—and appreciation—at how fun it was!

We remain thrilled with our home.  The design meets our needs, the workmanship is excellent and ten years later, we are proud to show off our home.  We highly recommend Frank Ball and Highland Custom Homes — indeed, we recommended him to Pam’s brother who selected Frank to build his home and barn. If we ever build again, Frank will be the first one we would call.
