I think one of the best compliments we could pay to Frank is our desire to build with him again if we ever built another house.  My wife and I stained the siding and I did all the electrical in the house so we were both very close to the building process.  All the timelines Frank laid out were met.  I have worked for many builders over the years but never had the positive experience I had with Frank. The house is about eight years old and we continue to be extremely pleased with the quality of the construction and the “feel” of our home. I can’t say enough about the experience of building with Highland Custom Homes and highly recommend Frank Ball.
